Douglas Animal Welfare Group (DAWG) Mutt Strut!
Douglas Animal Welfare Group (DAWG) is having a Mutt Strut on October 2nd, from 8am-2pm, in front of the Old Gym Playhouse at the Carson Valley Middle School in Gardnerville. Volunteers are needed now to sign people up. Interested persons should contact Trish Vandersluis at 775-267-3202.

The Red Cross needs volunteers
Duties include phone callers for local and national needs, disaster preparedness responders, people to work tables/booths at events, CPR instructors, persons to handle mobile food/drink vending during emergencies, persons to set up or work at shelters, and animal assistance.
